Scandy Pro for iOS offers users the ability to capture high-quality 3D scans. It is compatible with a range of iPhone and iPad models, including the newer versions. Users can save and export scans with various file formats, scales, and 3D editor orientations. The app performs all rendering on-device, eliminating the need for cloud storage or registration.
One of the standout features of Scandy Pro is its freedom for users to save and edit scans without any restrictions. The app provides one free scan export per week, with unlimited exports available through a subscription or individual purchases.
Gone are the days of needing a separate peripheral scanner for your mobile device. With Scandy Pro, users can effortlessly export and share files in popular 3D formats. Additionally, the app allows for seamless upload to Sketchfab directly from within the app.
Scandy Pro offers auto-renewing subscription options. Users can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription for unlimited scan saves. A lifetime subscription option is also available. Subscriptions are managed through the iTunes account, with automatic renewal unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.
- Scandy Pro is compatible with iPhone X, XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 12, 12 Pro, 13, and 13 Pro models, as well as iPad Pro models from 2018 onwards that have the TrueDepth front-facing sensor.
- Users have the option to purchase a subscription for unlimited scan exports.
- It's important to note that if a 3D model is deleted, it cannot be recovered as Scandy Pro does not provide cloud backup or storage functionality.
- Scandy Pro has high GPU demands. Users may experience slower performance after multiple consecutive scans. It is recommended to allow some time between scans to optimize performance.
- All data processing and storage within Scandy Pro occur solely on-device, ensuring privacy for users' 3D scan data.
